Listen Club

Looking forward to Weds 15th Oct 7pm, where I will be playing a selection of radio art works I have produced as installations in recent years investigating air pollution; and discussing my practice and thoughts on expanded radio art and sound art at the Listen Club for Sound Art Brighton at the Red Rose in Brighton.

Wastelands: Walleys Quarry with Mieko Shimizu is a radiophonic documentary about those living next to the worst landfill in the UK featuring the community of Newcastle Under Lyme and was supported by Screen South, ACE and UK Government.
Waves of Resistance produced for Galway 2020 for the Aerial Sparks Project and trail.
Don’t Listen up with Peter Coyte, featuring the sounds of sea, air and land pollution across east Kent.

ABOUT LISTEN CLUB
Listen Club is about listening together is in the same space, with the possibility of sharing impressions and casual discussion afterwards. Listen Club hopes to provide a counterpoint to the quick paced personal consumption of music with a more patient shared experience; a deep listen, together, in order to foster community.
